Doctor of Physical Therapy

Erin strongly believes movement is medicine and one of her biggest passions in life is empowering others to put their health and wellness first. In her practice she views her client through a whole body approach while addressing all four pillars of health: movement, nutrition, sleep and stress. She works closely with her clients to truly understand their story and ensure they are active participants as the rest of their health journey unfolds. She utilizes a variety of hands on treatment skills and tactile cueing through functional movements, resistance training and Pilates based exercises. At the end of the day it is her goal that her clients walk away with improved self awareness and feel not only knowledgeable but capable to take charge of their own health.

She has developed a specialty working with clients who experience chronic pain, back and hip pain, pre and post natal women, but ultimately anyone who feels stuck in their health journey and is ready to dig deep and take action!
